This bright sunlit Emergency Department Expansion of 19 treatment bays and support space. Access to light was a key planning driver for the space which includes windows in 9 of the bays, with a feature light fixture element creating a window illusion in the remaining rooms.

Adjacent to the family and friends waiting area is a outdoor courtyard with seating and landscaping surrounded by a CorTen Steel wall. Interior finishes, inspired by Sky and Landscape expressed in furniture, wallcoverings, privacy curtains and warm wood finishes on millwork and ceiling elements.
